Jill Albitar has an active CPA, MBA and Big 4 background with 25+ years of progressive experience in helping organizations transform to attain their goals. She’s held positions as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Audit Executive, and Director through her career. She has privately-held, private equity, IPO and public company experience ranging in size from $100M to Fortune 50.
Jill’s technical proficiency includes financial and strategic analysis, reporting, budgeting, treasury, working capital analysis, benefit trustee, organizational development and more. Some of her accomplishments include implementing and/or improving ERP systems on time and within budget; creating accounting and financial statements for 14 entities, consolidating results, and obtaining a clean audit option on multiple years results in less than 9 months; lead two first-year SOX efforts on time, within budget and with no significant deficiencies or material weaknesses; delivering a 1,000 item due diligence list in 2 weeks to facilitate sale in less than 4 months; and maintaining AR at 96% current with 25,000 customers.
